Development and Prototyping
We support the transformation of ideas, sketches and design data into components that are ready for manufacture. In this process, we consider geometry, materials, weight, loads and subsequent installation.
Composite Manufacturing
We manufacture custom fairings, housings and structural components from advanced fibre-reinforced materials. Our focus is on one-off parts, functional prototypes and small production runs.
Special Projects
We take on projects for which no standard solution exists, including applications in robotics, maritime technology, research and industrial development.
From Concept to Finished Component
Many technical projects begin with an initial design, an existing installation space or a specific functional requirement. We combine planning with practical manufacturing to develop solutions that can be reliably produced, installed and put into operation.
Depending on the project, we can provide digital data capture, design-for-manufacture support, mould and fixture construction, as well as the production and adaptation of the finished component.
